Ascertain your requirements

To begin with, it is important to identify and understand your business or project's needs. These may include the project requirements, number of resources required, type and level of needed expertise, role in the team, milestones and timelines for the project, budget, acceptance criteria and others. Candidate Sourcing and Short-listing

Call for Interview

The client reviews the list of proposed candidates and short-list them for inteview in order to select the professional(s) they want to work with.

Contract signing

On a successfull selection, a contract is signed between SWFactory365 and the client, highlighting the terms and conditions from both sides.

Onboarding and project start

At this step, the augmented resources undergo an onboarding process, which includes orientation, familiarization with the organization’s processes, and access to necessary tools and systems to start their regular work.
